Creative Democracy Homelessness saw the streets of Brisbane become the site for connection and creative production for artist Jo Fay Duncan and photographer and indigenous woman Jo Driessens with Brisbane’s homeless in 2004. The three-month project used outdoor projection and a public relations campaign to engage the citizens of Brisbane to find solutions to the issue of homelessness in Brisbane. Projection sites included King George Square Commonwealth Bank building, Griffith University South-Bank and QLD Performing Arts Complex and  QUT Creative Precinct. projection photo by Jo-Anne Driessens.
